Dear Mr. Jones,
I have always believed when someone with whom I do business does an outstanding job, it should be reported to their superiors.
My wife, Shirley, and I recently dealt with your Sales Consultant Mr. Michael Redwood while shopping for a new car. We were very pleased with Mr. Redwood's knowledge of the product. He was courteous and helpful in every aspect of our buying experience. He should be commended for his professional manner and friendly demeanor. He made us feel like we were appreciated as a customer of the dealership.
Believe me, in the past several weeks we shopped hard for a new car and visited several dealerships in the DFW area. None of the so called "sales people" we encountered exhibited the knowledge or interest that was immediately evident in our experience with Mr. Redwood.
I should also mention our pleasant experience with your Mr. Kevin Robertson, Finance Director. Mr. Robertson also showed professionalism in his business dealings in closing the deal on a new Lincoln MKX. We have purchased several new cars over the years but never has the experience been as pleasant as dealing with Mr. Redwood and Mr. Robertson.
We will certainly recommend your dealership to our family, friends and others we come in contact with.
Again, you can be proud of the two individuals that helped us in our purchase. We are enjoying our MKX and have received several compliments already.
Respectfully,
Billy H. Dickson

Dear Ms. Jones,
I wanted to take a moment to tell you of our outstanding experience in buying a new Sable at your dealership. We had the privilege of working with Michael Redwood. I have never purchased a vehicle with the salesperson that worked with me instead of pressuring me. Michael exuded professionalism. He listened to my wants and when you didn't have the vehicle on your lot in the color I wanted, Michael searched the system and had one for me the next business day.
I hate having to purchase a car because I don't like the pressure tactics that are usually encountered. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle and I attribute it all to Michael. The best part is, Michael's professionalism didn't end the moment we signed the papers. He has called several times to make sure the car met my expectations and to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle.
I can't thank you enough for your foresight in hiring professionals such as Michael. He is truly an asset to your dealership.
Sincerely,
Linda Pranglin

Dear Kenon Jones,
My husband and I purchased a beautiful Grand Marquis from North Hills on December 31, 2007. We are writing to express our appreciation of the professional, courteous manner in which we were treated throughout the ‘looking’ and sales process. All whom we met were obviously busy, but not too busy to greet us, to ask if we were being helped, to offer us water or a coke.
Prior to December 31st, we arrived close to closing time on Saturday, December 29th. Mr. David Cortez, Sales Consultant, greeted us, showed us the cars we asked about, gave us all the information he had at the time, and accompanied us during the test drives. He never complained, nor acted impatient because we kept him overtime. David was pleasant, patient, a good listener, and very important—no high pressure tactics. We felt we could relax, rather than making a hasty retreat through the nearest door. David told us he had been with North Hills for two and a half months. When we asked questions he did not have answers for, he told us he would find out and he did so. Refreshing.
Throughout the sales process, we found David Cortez to be thorough and thoughtful. I trust he will continue to be an asset to your dealership.
Mr. G. Kevin Robertson, Finance Director, deserves a few words of commendation. December 31st was indeed a busy day at your store. Even with all the pressure of paperwork for so many, Mr. Robertson displayed a sense of good humor, ease, and knowledge of our personal transaction.
This was the most enjoyable visit and purchase in an auto dealership we have ever experienced.
Sincerely,
Don and Gypsy Perry
